Results achieved


  • 2002 – Responsable for the green field installation of an authorized repair facility from Hydril premium connections in Brazil (today Tenaris). Also, participated actively on the development of Hydril 500 series concept in the brazilian market. Petrobras accepted to conduct a test on a 2 7/8” tubing that was used for workover operarions, which success converted in selling 4 production strings to Smith international (3 1/2” 533 and 5 1/2” 563);


  • 2002 – Having participated in training seminars in Aberdeen and Houston, assumed leadership in the retrofit of the local operation from the brazilian ARF for Hydril pressure control (today GE), what resulted in a change of quality, aligment to procedures and overall better benefits to customers;


  • 2000 til 2010 – Sales over US$280m of tubing, casing and accessories for Petrobras, Smith, Schlumberger, Baker Hugues, Halliburton, BJ services, Franks, Superior and others;


  • 2000 til 2010 – Participated in sales over US$400M – quicklock 18 15M bop stack sold to Petrobras PXXIII, plus 6 BOP stacks sold to the drilling rigs built to operate in Brazil (Queiroz Galvao and Odebrecht);


  • 2007- US$ 28.5M sales of military equipment for brazilian Navy – Ares aeroespacial (now Elbit systems);


  • 2000 til present – Introduction of foreign conpanies into brazilian oil and gas market, generation of opportunities and sales over US$320M for companies such as:


          –   American Block;

          –   Custom Alloy;

          –   Kemtron (today Elgin);

          –   T3 energy (today NOV);

          –   Hydac;

          –   Polarmarine;

          –   Rolls Royce Marine Services  – Deck Machinery;

  • 2012 – Last project sold with Rolls Royce Marine AS was to Aker Wayfarer, the second SDSVessel that was build to install xmas trees for Petrobras in Brazil. (First was Dof Skandi Santos in which we participated too back in 2004) – US$35m in equipment.

Depois desta aprovação que ocorreu em Mossoró-RN com uma coluna de 2 7/8”, foram vendidas 6 colunas de 3 1/2” 533 and 5 1/2” 563 para a Smith Internacional que utilizou estas colunas para prestação de serviços exploratórios para o setor de SCA da Petrobras em Macaé;


  • De 2000 a 2010 – participou de vendas de cerca de US$280M de Tubing, Casing e acessórios para Petrobras, Smith, Schlumberger, Baker Hugues, Halliburton, BJ services, Franks, Superior entre outros;


  • Participou de seminários de treinamento em Aberdeen e Houston na Hydril, assumindo liderança no treinamento local e desenvolvimento da operação de reparo de equipamentos de pressure control (Bops);
